Seventy years ago, Dorothy murdered her husband Fernandez and his mistress Grace inside the Dorothy Bungalow. She disposed of their bodies by placing them in a blood-stained trunk, silencing the driver, and dumping both the trunk and the driver's corpse into a deep hidden well in the lower right chamber. Dorothy vanished, leaving behind a house saturated with a chilling legacy that would haunt the estate for decades.

The murder's legacy lingers, and locals warn that a vengeful spirit breathes through the walls. The estate's corridors and wells hold the echo of that night, wrapping the mansion in a chilling atmosphere.

In the present day, Thomas Kutty, a wealthy man known for his comic caper 2 Harihar Nagar, purchases the forsaken bungalow. He intends to convert it into a luxury resort, ignoring the whispers of a vengeful spirit haunting its halls. He envisions wealth without fear.

To make the project seem foolproof, Thomas enlists his friends and their wives in a staged haunting. He reveals that the supposed ghosts are hired add-ons to test their courage, hoping to draw them into the mansion.

The men travel to the bungalow with mixed skepticism and bravado. They encounter Father Dominic, a cryptic figure who warns that danger awaits if they persist.

Upon arrival, the household staff abruptly abandons their posts, claiming unseen forces walk the halls. The travelers learn Thomas never lived in the bungalow alone before acquiring it, proving the place has a longer, darker history.

Seeking guidance, the men turn to Father Dominic, who reveals he is not a priest but a paranormal researcher. He warns of a coming catastrophe linked to fire and urges caution.

A forewarning materializes when Jessy, Thomas's wife, is nearly consumed by flames, only to be saved at the last moment by Dr. George Christopher. The incident shakes the group’s faith in Dominic's warnings.

Despite Dominic's counsel to renounce liquor and meat, the party indulges in revelry. The maidservant Marathakam becomes possessed, and Dominic's attempted exorcism ends in his sudden heart attack.

Terrified, Thomas Kutty flees the estate and sells the bungalow at a bargain price to Dorothy. He hopes to escape the haunting and salvage his pride and wealth.

A twist arrives when a phone call reveals Father Dominic staged his own death. He uncovers a conspiracy: Dr. Christopher was his partner, and Marathakam was merely a pawn in a larger game.

Govindan Kutty reveals he bribed the registrar to secure the deal, exposing Dominic's manipulation. The friends' skepticism solidifies as they uncover the plan to sway the sale.

Thomas Kutty and his friends reclaim the bungalow and the money they paid, feeling justice has prevailed. They stand firm against the lingering haunting as they secure their investment.

They return to the Dorothy Bungalow only to feel the old presence still linger as the gates slam shut behind them. The mansion's haunting truth remains—a force far more terrifying than any human scheme.
