A wealthy heiress hires the killer Beeran Vijayaraghavan to murder her and pin the crime on her cheating boyfriend. Beeran then enlists Freddy Baburaj, a sharp-eyed juice stall vendor, to carry out the deadly plan. At the same time, a thief and a small-time footballer, Messi Asif Ali, stalks the heiress’s home to steal, but is spotted and leaves with nothing. Freddy arrives at the heiress’s house intent on poisoning her, while the thief arrives moments later to erase fingerprints from tables and chairs so that no one can be blamed if she dies. Yet a chilling realization unsettles them all: if the heiress truly wants to die without pain, she might have to step outside.

Together they drift toward a bridge, each nursing his own motive, each convinced there’s a better chance of escaping blame outside the confines of the house. A moment of chaos erupts when a fight breaks out between the thief and Freddy, and the heiress suddenly tumbles from the bridge. She survives, coming to amid the struggle and discovering the thief at her side, realizing she hasn’t died after all. In a surprising turn, she begins calling the thief “Messi,” and the trio sets off to track down Freddy.

As they journey, a tender, uneasy bond forms. The heiress and Messi grow closer, their feelings blooming in the most unlikely of circumstances. Yet fate tests them again when a quarrel lands the heiress at a bus stop that, unknown to them, doubles as a stop for prostitutes. She’s arrested on prostitution charges, but Messi bails her out and they share a quiet moment at a roadside stall, where the heiress asks about the ambulance parked nearby—an offer Messi refuses. In a intimate confession, she reveals the name of her perfume, a detail he had been aching to know, and his attentive care convinces her of his devotion.

With their feelings out in the open, they confront the heiress’s cheating boyfriend. Bolstered by Messi’s support, she delivers a sharp slap that marks a new chapter in their relationship. The story shifts to Beeran’s angle, where the heiress is kidnapped; Messi and Freddy spring into action to rescue her, combining their wits and courage to outmaneuver the danger. The escape culminates in a tense, unresolved moment: the heiress calls Messi, but his reply is that his name is not Messi. The thief’s true name remains unheard, leaving the ending deliberately open and ambiguous as the credits roll.
