Karan Malhotra and Priya are the lead performers of a dance troupe, secretly in love, dreaming of marriage and a life of luxury. When a rival, Jojo Fernandes, cheats them out of a cruise performance, Karan confronts and kills him. The troupe is soon invited to perform aboard a luxurious cruise ship owned by the wealthy businessman Raj Singhania. There, Raj meets Priya, completely unaware that Karan is Priya’s boyfriend, and he quickly falls for her, proposing marriage while remaining oblivious to the conspiracy surrounding his wealth. Raj also befriends Karan, which only thickens the web of deceit.
As the relationship threads tighten, Priya and Raj marry, and Priya lies about her past, even resisting consummation for a month as Karan counsels. A new threat emerges when another dancer from the troupe, Harry, discovers the couple’s scheme and begins blackmailing Karan. The truth about Jojo’s death is revealed to be a deliberate act, and Karan murders Harry to protect the ruse, though Harry manages to leave a voicemail for Raj exposing the real story. Simultaneously, Priya starts to feel genuine affection for Raj, especially after he shows deep care following an accident, leading her to reconsider divorce and angering Karan.
Seeking revenge, Karan manipulates Raj into believing that Priya still loves him and is plotting to steal his fortune. Raj, now suspicious but hopeful, confronts Karan and is driven to force him to try to kill Priya so he can trap him in the act. In a layered play of confession and deception, Priya records a confession and swaps the tape with a cassette in Raj’s car, asking him to call if he forgives her. As Raj delays listening to the recording, Karan strikes when Raj calls home, attacking Priya. By the time Raj arrives, Priya has survived, and it’s revealed that Karan had murdered another man to stage the attempted assault.
Karan then uses a recording of their earlier meeting to blackmail Raj, demanding a divorce and a large alimony. A final confrontation is set at a specific location, where a brutal fight unfolds. Karan shoots Priya, but she survives and retaliates, shooting him in return. Karan dies, and Raj and Priya are ultimately reunited, their bond renewed after a web of deceit and danger.
