In 1975, Bhaktawar dominates the Mumbai docks, forcing workers into brutal labor and squeezing profits. Tiger extorts money from the workers to support his father Pratap, who serves as Bhaktawar's enforcer. Tiger also harbors a secret love for Jumma, the sister of his best friend Gonsalves.
