Suraj, a successful industrialist and confirmed bachelor, is still grieving his separation from Sushma. Determined to honor the place where they first met, he decides to build a hotel there and tasks his loyal secretary, Lalwani, with the project. Lalwani partners with real‑estate broker Chhaganlal Patel, who secures a picturesque plot. The venture draws in Chhagan’s attractive secretary Shabho, lawyer Kapoor, local resident Judas, government official Mahendraprasad Gupta, and labor contractor Gadhucha, all of whom become involved in the construction and its ensuing complications.
