A new tenant moves into the apartment building carrying an odd suitcase. He never receives visitors or speaks to anyone, yet an eerie light flickers beneath his door each night. Only Lila watches him from her window, and together they share a secret nightly ritual. Meanwhile the other residents grow frightened by mysterious noises echoing through the hallways, prompting someone to suggest calling a fumigator.
