Hell on Frisco Bay

Steve Rollins is released after five years in San Quentin, unjustly convicted of manslaughter. He is met by his old partner Dan Bianco and by his wife Marcia, whom he shuns because she has been unfaithful. The reunion underscores the personal cost of the case and sets his quest for exoneration in motion.

Steve goes to the San Francisco waterfront to find Rogani, who supposedly has proof that can clear his name. He hopes to see justice done, but the docks are controlled by racketeer Victor Amato. The encounter foreshadows the dangerous link between his case and organized crime.
