Harriet the Spy: Blog Wars

Harriet Welsch, a clever young spy and blogger, aims to capture the pulse of everyday life. After Marion Hawthorne posts a booming entry, Harriet’s blog is declared boring by her classmates. At her nanny Golly’s nudging, Harriet is urged to chase a bigger curiosity that could engage both her and her peers.

Harriet sets her sights on Skander Hill, the charismatic pop star in town to star in Spy Teen 2. She schemes to connect with him to fuel her next big post. Her plan leads her to a father-daughter appearance where she is forced off the set after Skander explodes in an outburst.

She travels to the hotel where Skander is staying and witnesses a tense exchange between him and the movie producers. In a moment of daring, Harriet notices a birthmark on Skander, snaps a photo, and even pockets a water bottle to show to her audience. These small acts ignite more chatter among the students.
