The welterweight title fight takes place at the Chateau de Vegas Hotel. Wes Baylor challenges Jonny Sutherland, and when the judges' score angers him, he launches a late assault that ends with Sutherland dead. The crowd's roar turns to stunned silence as Baylor collapses inward, wracked with guilt and retreat from the spotlight to an exile in Thailand.

Six months pass since the fateful night, and Baylor's life narrows to underground fights and memories of the night. He withdraws from public life, living in self-imposed exile in Thailand while the echoes of the crowd haunt every punch. The violence of that night shadows every choice he makes.

A mysterious figure named Aldrich watches Baylor from the shadows and proposes a dangerous proposition: one private match in Myanmar for a million dollars. He frames it as a spectacle, but Baylor learns it’s a pretext for a planned lethal hunt. The setup includes a water belt with a GPS tracker and a money belt to pin Baylor’s every move.

Baylor travels to Myanmar and discovers the event is not a sport but a merciless hunt. He learns the hunt will be tracked by a GPS belt and controlled by a money belt, tying his fate to a hidden device. The affair includes a cast of hunters and mercenaries under Aldrich’s command.

A cross-section of killers comes together, led by Sofia, Esparto, Landon, Maduka, Jacob 'Texas' Zimling, Tobias Zimling, and Madden. The hunt is backed by corrupt Myanmar soldiers, turning the operation into a merciless game. Baylor finds himself the central prize in a deadly contest.

Maduka fires a sniper shot at Baylor from a waterfall, but Baylor dives underwater and uses the moment to close in. He returns fire with deadly precision and kills Maduka in a calculated, clinical moment. The first blood of the hunt sets a brutal tone for what follows.

Baylor meets Tha, a local woman who secretly offers shelter and a route to the border. Her aid shifts the balance and introduces a fragile trust into the dangerous pursuit. The two begin an uneasy alliance in the heart of the Myanmar wilderness.

The hunters upgrade their attack with motorcycles armed with guns and rocket launchers, turning the chase into a rolling battlefield. Baylor fights through the siege, commandeering a bike to press toward safety. Tha and Baylor’s alliance tightens as the pressure mounts.

Tobias Zimling closes in with an M-16, but Baylor fires back with a crossbow bolt and kills him. The confrontation triggers a chain reaction that clears a swath through a minefield, buying precious moments for Baylor and Tha. The landscape erupts in explosions and dust as the hunt intensifies.

Baylor and Tha retreat into a cave where they uncover a troubling truth about Tha and her village. The revelation reframes Baylor’s sense of responsibility and trust, altering how he views the people he’s fighting for. The cave becomes a turning point in their fragile bond.

Morning arrives and Tha and her brother slip away, leaving Baylor behind. The two are later captured, and Baylor mounts a rescue by seizing Landon as a hostage to force a path to safety. The intense sequence also sees Tha kill Sofia to punish Landon’s indiscretion.

The trio reaches the border and the GPS tracker embedded in the money belt reveals itself, linking all players to one device. The revelation heightens the stakes as the hunter crew closes in. The pursuit becomes a desperate race toward the border’s edge.

Esparto, who closes in on Tha and her brother, is slain by a fishing harpoon, cutting short the final chase. Baylor escapes by commandeering a boat and heads toward the border in a bid to survive the siege. The waters carry him toward a fragile chance of survival.

The last confrontation unfolds on the border bridge where Aldrich faces Baylor. Madden stands as a grim obstacle in between, and Baylor uses Madden as a shield, causing Aldrich to shoot Madden. The Myanmar army closes in, but Tha arrives and bribes the general to call off the fire, sparing Baylor. The general then orders Aldrich’s death, ending the hunt.

Baylor returns to Thailand with Tha, and the two commit to teaching Taekwondo to local children, rebuilding a sense of purpose from the chaos and violence they endured. The violence behind them, they begin a new peaceful chapter focused on hope and mentorship.
