Texas sheriff Edgar McGraw pulls up to a secluded liquor store, Benny's World of Liquor, where he interacts briefly with the shopkeeper. Unknown to him, the notorious Gecko Brothers are inside, escalating a tense standoff with hostages.

As Sheriff McGraw heads to the restroom, the situation escalates dangerously. He returns only to face a fatal gunshot from Richie, marking the beginning of the chaos unfolding at the liquor store.

Following the sheriff's death, an argument sparks between Seth and Richie as they struggle to manage the chaotic circumstances. The shopkeeper's desperate attempts at defense lead to a gunfight, escalating the violence in the liquor store.

Seth ignites a roll of toilet paper dipped in lighter fluid, igniting the liquor store and incinerating the shopkeeper. Amidst the explosion, Seth and Richie barely escape, with Seth furious about the mayhem caused by Richie's impulsive actions.

On the road, the Gecko brothers drive along the highway while hiding another bound hostage in their trunk. They stop at a motel to hatch their escape plan to flee to Mexico and meet Seth's ally, Carlos.

As they formulate their escape route, a news report of their heinous acts flashes across the screen, highlighting the severity of their criminal activities. The brothers realize how dire their situation has become and the consequences they must face.

Setting their sights on a new target, Seth and Richie abduct Pastor Jake Fuller and his family, taking them hostage. They hijack the Fullers' RV, violently pushing towards the Mexican border.

The brothers' RV is stopped by a customs agent, played by Carlos, who is unaware of their true identities. Seth uses his charm to calm the situation, enabling them to cross into Mexico without raising suspicion.

Upon crossing into Mexico, Seth directs the group to The Titty Twister, a notorious bar. Tension escalates as Seth confronts the bouncer to gain entry, asserting dominance over the situation.

Inside The Titty Twister, the atmosphere is wild as Santanico Pandemonium performs. However, the revelry becomes overshadowed when Richie's reckless behavior triggers a violent confrontation.

In a shocking turn, Santanico reveals her true form as a vampire, leading to a devastating attack on Richie. As chaos erupts, the brothers realize they must fight against their former allies transformed into vampires.

Amidst the carnage, Seth grapples with the burden of loss as he witnesses Richie succumb to vampires. In a heart-wrenching decision, he is forced to end his brother's undead existence and protect the remaining survivors.

With the vampires overrunning the bar, Jake urges his children to promise they will end his life if he transforms. The group bands together in a frantic fight for survival against the terrifying vampire horde.

As the battle reaches its peak, sunlight breaks through, causing mayhem among the vampires. Just then, Carlos swoops in to provide an escape, leading to a catastrophic explosion that wipes out the remaining threats.

In the wake of the chaos, Seth unleashes his fury at Carlos, blaming him for their harrowing journey. Yet, with a heavy heart, he gives Kate cash and instructs her on returning home, signaling the end of their ordeal.
