Friday the 13th Part 2

Two months after the brutal massacre at Crystal Lake, Alice wakes up from a nightmare about Mrs. Voorhees' decapitation. Trying to regain her composure, she calls her mother and decides to make herself a cup of tea.

While preparing her tea, Alice opens the fridge only to discover Mrs. Voorhees' severed head inside. This shocking reveal is cut short as Alice is attacked and stabbed in the head with an ice pick by an unseen assailant.

Five years later, a new group of young adults arrives at Crystal Lake for counselor training. They are warned by Crazy Ralph about the dangers surrounding the infamous site, but they dismiss his warnings as mere superstition.

At camp, the leader Paul explains the seriousness of their duties and shares the tragic story of Jason Voorhees, who drowned in the lake. He reassures the counselors that Jason is dead while dismissing the rumors of his possible survival.

During a campfire story, Paul recounts the history of Jason and his mother's infamous past. The counselors grow uneasy as a masked prankster suddenly appears, leading to a mix of fear and disbelief about Jason's existence.

Jeff and Sandra sneak away to explore the abandoned Camp Crystal Lake. Their adventure is cut short when a local policeman catches them trespassing and returns them to camp, but not before spotting a shadowy figure.

While investigating a strange noise in the woods, the local policeman encounters the masked figure and is brutally murdered with a claw hammer. His horrific demise sets a dark tone for the events to unfold.

While the majority of campers are out partying, Teri decides to go for a swim. Her fun turns to horror when she discovers her boyfriend Scott has been killed while she was distracted.

As Vicki seeks to impress Mark, she fails to notice the mounting danger around them. After finding Jeff and Sandra brutally slain in the cabin, Vicki is attacked and killed by the unknown assailant.

Upon returning to the camp, Ginny and Paul discover the area in disarray with blood-covered beds and dead bodies. Ginny is horrified to see Crazy Ralph's corpse revealing the escalating terror from the unknown attacker.

Ginny flees into the woods, desperately trying to escape the killer. She stumbles upon an eerie cabin that houses a dark secret, realizing that Jason Voorhees is haunting the woods and seeking vengeance.

After discovering a chilling altar dedicated to Pamela Voorhees, Ginny uses her knowledge of psychology to momentarily deceive Jason. However, the mask reveals the horrifying truth, turning the encounter deadly.

In the ensuing battle, Ginny manages to stab Jason, believing she has killed him. However, the joy of survival is short-lived as they uncover the terrifying truth about his existence and the night is far from over.

As Ginny recovers from her encounter, she finds solace in the belief that Jason is dead. That security is shattered when Jason breaks through the window, dragging her back into the horror she thought she had escaped.

Even after the chaos, Ginny awakens in an ambulance with no recollection of the previous night. The final scene reveals Mrs. Voorhees' mummified head, hinting that Jason is still out there, leaving a legacy of terror behind.
