Freddie as F.R.O.7.

In the Middle Ages, 10-year-old Prince Frederic tragically loses his parents when his evil aunt Messina murders them, aiming to claim the throne. Instead of killing him, Messina transforms the prince into a frog, allowing him to escape and live as Freddie the Frog throughout his childhood.

Fast forward to the 20th century, Freddie has become an almost immortal adult and a member of the French Secret Service with the codename F.R.O.7. His skills and experience lead him to be called to London to respond to a crisis involving stolen UK landmarks.

Upon arrival in London, Freddie finds that Nelson's Column, the Tower of London, Buckingham Palace, St. Paul's Cathedral, and Stonehenge have already been stolen by the villain El Supremo. The British Secret Service briefs him about the ongoing threat and his upcoming mission.

Freddie meets his specialized team, including Daffers, a martial arts expert; Scotty, a weapons specialist; and Trilby. They learn that El Supremo plans to steal Big Ben next and discover his sinister plan to power a giant crystal with shrunken landmarks to send a global sleeping virus.

Freddie, Daffers, and Scotty travel to a secret island in the Outer Hebrides and investigate El Supremo's operation. They uncover that the villain intends to use the shrunken buildings as batteries for his crystal device.

During their investigation, Freddie and Scotty are thrown into a pool filled with sea monsters, creating a tense fight for survival. Meanwhile, Daffers is captured by the villain's guardians and faces brainwashing to become a mindless servant of El Supremo and Messina.

El Supremo activates the crystal device, releasing a sleeping virus across Great Britain that causes the entire country to shut down. This malevolent act demonstrates the extent of his plans for global domination.

With the help of the Loch Ness Monster, Freddie rescues Daffers from snake guards. The final confrontation occurs on the villain's island, where Freddie, Daffers, Scotty, and allies fight El Supremo, Messina, and their army to stop their evil plans.

During the climactic battle, Freddie and his team shrink El Supremo to an ant's size to neutralize him. Messina attempts to attack in various forms but is ultimately electrocuted after Freddie throws her into an electrical pole, ending her threat.

With the villains defeated, Britain is restored to its normal state, and Freddie along with his team is hailed as heroes. The secret service team celebrates their victory, and their efforts renew peace across the country.

Soon after, the Secret Service receives a call indicating that Messina, presumed dead but secretly alive, plans to take over Washington D.C. as revenge for her previous downfall. Freddie and his team prepare for their new mission to stop her.

Realizing the renewed threat, Freddie, Daffers, Scotty, and the Loch Ness Monster head toward the United States to thwart Messina's plans, demonstrating their ongoing commitment to protecting the world from her evil schemes.
