In Thailand, every new police officer is assigned a family apartment in the state‑run “police flats.” Jane and Ann grow up in the same block, divided by floor levels and social rank. Jane, daughter of a questionable sergeant, enjoys comforts, while Ann cares for her family after her father’s death. When rookie officer Tong moves in, their dynamic shifts, sparking budding love, jealousy, shattered dreams and tension from their class differences, cracking their once‑tight bond.
