Fight Club: Members Only

After a night out, the four friends witness a brutal brawl and Vicky proposes a Fight Club with rules to give fights a valid cause. They decide to organize it as a new venture among themselves. The club is launched in Mumbai, marking the start of their underground enterprise.

On the night the Fight Club opens, Somil learns his uncle in Delhi is in trouble with gangsters who want to take over his club. He leaves for Delhi to help, while Vicky, Karan, and Diku keep the Fight Club running in Mumbai.

Mohit enters the club and fights fiercely, defeating his opponent. Vicky ejects him after the display and Mohit attacks Vicky; police arrive, Mohit is arrested, and the Fight Club is sealed. The others escape and look for a new place to continue.

After his release, Mohit returns with Anna's old gangster friends to seek revenge on Vicky's crew, but the gangsters who previously fenced him off reject the plan and distance themselves.

Anna, Mohit's older brother, is released from prison after eight years and explains he turned himself in to set a good example. He takes Mohit to Delhi for a vacation, signaling shifting loyalties and new directions.

Vicky, Karan, and Diku keep the Fight Club alive; Sameer, Vicky's past classmate, challenges him. After a tough confrontation, the police arrive and seal the place again, prompting the trio to head to Delhi to visit Somil.

Somil's uncle is killed by gangsters, and the four return to Crossroads to reopen it. The first night is almost destroyed again by the gangsters, so they hire a bouncer to protect the club, with Sameer eventually recruited.

Sameer initially resists but later shows up during a fight, saving them and joining Vicky, Karan, Somil, and Dikku in running Crossroads.

While in Delhi, Mohit lies about going to Mumbai for college but reconnects with Sandy and Dinesh, who killed Somil's uncle. Anna meets them but refuses to rejoin their gang; Dinesh schemes to win Anna back.

Dinesh brings Mohit to Crossroads for revenge; Mohit is beaten by five of them and Dinesh kills him. Vicky and his friends are blamed and arrested for the murder, but their father bails them out and they return to Mumbai.

Anna learns of Mohit's death and plans revenge. Somil and Dikku are captured by Anna; Karan and Sameer attempt to rescue them but are beaten by Sandy and Dinesh. Vicky arrives to help and is knocked down.

Somil discovers Dinesh killed Mohit and exposes him; the group defeats the gangsters. Dinesh tries to finish Somil with the same weapon, but Anna saves him and kills Dinesh. The Crossroads club is transformed into a regular nightclub as the friends reconcile.
