F.A.L.T.U.

Ritesh Virani, Niranjan 'Nanj' Nayar, and Puja Nigam all pass their exams with poor grades, highlighting their lack of academic success. Ritesh dreams of becoming a successful businessman, Nanj is passionate about fitness but struggles to communicate his aspirations, and Puja threatens her father to escape her marriage prospects. Their shortcomings set the stage for their unconventional journey.

Vishnu, a top student, fears his strict and overbearing father, Mr. Vardhan, a wealthy business tycoon who publicly scolds him over minor academic discrepancies. Vishnu's success is largely due to his father's influence, and his father views Vishnu's slight academic slip as a sign of poor parenting by others.

The trio and Vishnu try to secure admission to a reputed college by begging and persuading their parents, but Mr. Vardhan humiliates them publicly, criticizing their lack of responsibility and praising his own son instead. This rejection pushes them toward a daring plan to create their own educational institute.

Using the help of Google Chand and their own resources, they set up a fake college website, admission letters, and advertising, culminating in the creation of Fakirchand and Lakirchand Trust University (F.A.L.T.U.). They hire Bajirao as the principal, intending to deceive their parents for a day and then dismantle the scheme.

Unexpectedly, numerous unqualified children from around the country arrive seeking admission, overwhelmed by the college's unprepared yet lively environment. The students refuse to leave, and the trio decides to continue the facade, allowing classes to commence despite the chaos.

The first few days see students partying excessively, neglecting their education. Ritesh's father shares a philosophy about reusing and repairing junk, which makes Ritesh realize that life is more meaningful than merely partying. This prompts the students and Ritesh to rethink their approach.

Bajirao persuades the students to explore their passions by writing down their hobbies, leading F.A.L.T.U. to evolve into a multi-talented institution. Meanwhile, Ritesh develops a website featuring professional videos to help students learn hobbies, transforming the college into a place of diverse talents.

Vardhan begins to suspect the existence of F.A.L.T.U. and attempts to shut it down. However, Google Chand intervenes and secures a court stay order to keep the college operational, signaling the institution's resilience.

News coverage and media attention lead to disownment by parents, but Ritesh's father supports his innovative idea. The students participate in a university talent contest, where Vishnu's father publicly humiliates them, further testing their resolve.

HRD Minister Mr. Subodh, played by Mithun Chakraborty, inspects the situation and listens to Ritesh's speech about the value of education beyond grades. Impressed, he approves F.A.L.T.U. as a legitimate college for the next three years, giving the students hope and validation.

Bajirao embraces his role as principal with principles, gaining respect. Nanj becomes a fitness trainer, Puja becomes a DJ, Vishnu aspires to be an actor, and Ritesh owns F.A.L.T.U., now thriving with 2000 students. Their personal dreams are fulfilled, and the college attains stability and success.
