Sathya

Sathya, who is working in Sydney, receives a voice call from his ex-lover Shweta. They had planned to marry, but her father arranged an alliance with Gowtham. Sathya travels to India under the pretense of attending a marriage, arranges a car via Babu Khan, borrows a SIM card on his sister's address, and checks in at the Marriott hotel. He hopes to learn what happened to Shweta.

In India, Sathya meets Shweta at a restaurant and learns her five-year-old daughter Ria is missing. Only Shweta believes that Ria exists, while Gowtham and others doubt the story. Sathya begins to suspect a larger conspiracy around Shweta's claim.

Sathya launches an informal investigation that hits repeated dead ends. The pursuit attracts trouble, even drawing the ire of two Afro-American gangsters in the city. Babu Khan helps Sathya move around and, on humanitarian grounds, saves him from a dangerous situation.

Posing as a police officer named Vasanth Menon, Sathya gains access to Gowtham and learns that the couple was childless. This deception raises questions about Shweta's claim and deepens the mystery surrounding Ria.

Gowtham recalls that Shweta was attacked before a school to steal her car. After a coma, Shweta starts claiming she has a five-year-old daughter. The past incident complicates Sathya's understanding of Ria.

Sathya reviews closed-circuit television footage of the day of the supposed attack and finds that Ria is nowhere to be seen. The absence deepens the mystery and makes Sathya doubt Shweta's mental state. The lack of visible proof strengthens his suspicions about the truth of Ria’s existence.

Sathya confronts Shweta; she refuses to acknowledge that Ria exists. He notices height markings of a child on a wall, and before he can react, Shweta commits suicide. The scene marks a turning point as Sathya grapples with the shattered narrative.

ACP Anuya Bharathwaj and Police Inspector Chowdary take over the investigation. Vasanth is killed at the Marriott, and Babu confesses that he saw Bobby kidnapping Ria. The case widens as the hunt for Ria intensifies.

Bobby is arrested in connection with Ria's disappearance. In custody, Anuya shoots him in what is described as self-defense, removing a key suspect from the case. The custody scene adds another layer of danger to the investigation.

That same night, Vasanth's murderers target Sathya and Babu; Babu is killed in the crossfire while Sathya fights for his life. Sathya later discovers an MMS on the murderers' phone sent by Anuya instructing someone to kill him. The disturbing message confirms the extent of the conspiracy against him.

Sathya meets Anuya at her farmhouse, where Ria is hidden. Anuya reveals that Gowtham wanted to kill Ria and had arranged the attack, and she found Ria in Bobby's custody. The revelations pivot the investigation towards Gowtham and Bobby's roles.

Gowtham is arrested and reveals that Ria is not his daughter. A medical report had previously confirmed his sterility, explaining why Ria could not be his child. The truth points to Sathya as Ria's potential father.

Sathya recollects their last night together in India; they had intercourse, which clarifies the possibility of paternity. He realizes that Ria is his biological child, and the memory is sealed when he glimpses Shweta smiling at him. The film ends with Sathya facing the truth and his connection to Ria.
