K. K. Singhania purchases the Maharaja International hotel from P. K. Diwani. He soon discovers a dhaba inside the hotel complex run by Raja that eats into profits. Singhania launches a series of schemes to dislodge Raja, but each attempt backfires in comic fashion.

Raja's dhaba within the hotel becomes a persistent obstacle to Singhania's profits. The tycoon tries various schemes to oust Raja, but the dhaba owner resists. The ongoing feud foreshadows future power plays between father, daughter, and potential suitors.

Kiran, Singhania's daughter, is in love with Rahul, who is secretly aided by Bishambar Nath. Raja develops a fascination for Kiran, creating a triangle of affections. The romantic entanglements complicate the hotel feud.

Singhania warns Kiran not to marry Rahul, describing him as a rogue. He declares that Kiran may marry anyone except Rahul, even if the suitor is destitute or an enemy. Kiran's resolve to defy her father begins to take shape.

Singhania arrives with documents that supposedly transfer wealth to Bishambar Nath, but the papers reveal Bishambar's confession of kidnapping Kiran. The confession triggers police action as the crime is exposed. Police arrest Rahul, Bishambar, and their associates.

With the villains defeated and justice served, Singhania, Kiran, and Raja unite. The family reconciles and the hotel struggles ease as they look toward a stable future. The final scene reinforces their alliance and shared happiness.
