Dudley Do-Right

Three youngsters bond with a horse, each revealing their dreams for the future. Dudley aspires to be a Royal Canadian Mounted Police officer, Nell dreams of exploring the globe, while Snidely envisions himself as the ultimate villain.

Years later, Dudley has achieved his dream and becomes a dedicated Mountie. However, his strict adherence to the rules often clouds his judgment, causing him to miss crucial happenings around him.

Snidely has transformed into a notorious bank robber, executing a heist that steals both cash and gold. He cunningly misleads his gang into thinking he's escaped to the Sudan while cleverly hiding the stolen treasure.

Dudley unexpectedly catches Snidely in the act of his dirty dealings. In a show of wits, Snidely tricks Dudley into believing he is hunting vampires, causing further confusion and allowing him a chance to escape.

Nell returns from her travels to reconnect with Dudley, leading to a delightful evening at a festival hosted by the Kumquat tribe. Their reunion rekindles old feelings and memories of their childhood dreams.

Meanwhile, Kim J. Darling accidentally discovers gold in a river. This discovery inadvertently enhances Snidely's notoriety, as he capitalizes on the situation by taking control of the town.

With the newfound gold rush, Snidely renames the town to 'Whiplash City' and ruthlessly forcloses local mortgages. His growing influence and power signify his control over the vulnerable townsfolk.

As Snidely's former gang members seek revenge for his betrayal, Snidely cunningly persuades them to join him in his lavish new life. This manipulation deepens the tension and complicates Dudley’s mission.

Dudley's confrontation with Snidely turns disastrous when he is laughed off and subsequently has Nell kidnapped. The fear escalates when Snidely attempts to eliminate Dudley using a bomb.

Inspector Fenwick, Nell's father and a secret ally to Snidely, discharges Dudley from the Mounties upon learning of his competition with Snidely. This leaves Dudley heartbroken and aimlessly wandering the town.

After a chance encounter, Dudley meets a drunken Kim who offers him refuge and discloses Snidely's plots. Despite warnings, Dudley decides to confront Snidely at a Gala Ball, taking a risky step.

Kim, wanting to help Dudley reclaim his life, devises a rigorous training program for him. With newfound determination, Dudley prepares to reclaim Semi-Valley from Snidely's clutches.

Utilizing his training, Dudley successfully sabotages Snidely's upcoming gold shipment. His actions begin to strike fear into Snidely’s gang, sowing seeds of discord among them.

As tensions rise, Snidely attempts to sway the townspeople against Dudley during a nighttime gathering. However, the townsfolk surprisingly rally behind Dudley, recognizing his efforts to save them.

The climax occurs when Snidely launches an all-out attack on Dudley and Nell at a Kumquat festival. With the surprise return of the horse, Dudley prevails against Snidely's destructive plans, leading to his arrest.
