District 13: Ultimatum

Three years after the original film, the death of gang overlord Taha Ben Mahmoud leaves a significant power vacuum in District 13. This event leads to intense conflict among five rival gang lords, each trying to fill the void and claim Taha's throne.

Despite the chaos, Leïto remains determined to tear down the walls enclosing District 13. He believes that these walls are a primary obstacle to the district's freedom, yet he faces resistance from Molko, who feels the walls are necessary for protection against outside threats.

In a different part of the district, Damien confronts a major drug dealer and successfully eliminates him with impressive skill. However, his actions soon lead to dire consequences when he is falsely accused and arrested for drug dealing.

The Department of Internal State Security (DISS) is led by the corrupt Walter Gassman, who conspires to demolish the central tower blocks in District 13. His plans include staging the murder of two policemen to justify a military strike against the district, creating a dire situation for its residents.

A teenager named Samir witnesses the DISS's foul play and captures critical evidence on camera. Despite being apprehended with his friends, Samir successfully slips his memory card to Leïto, ensuring the truth about the DISS's actions may come to light.

In a daring move, Leïto allows himself to be arrested to infiltrate the prison where Damien is held. Together, they plot to expose the corrupt DISS agents and gather the necessary evidence to save District 13.

Upon returning to District 13, Leïto and Damien gather the rival gang lords—Tao, Molko, and others. They unite in a common goal to combat the threats facing their home as tensions escalate and the fate of District 13 hangs in the balance.

The situation escalates when gang members storm the Élysée Palace, confronting the President with evidence of Gassman's corruption. This bold move forces the government to confront the dark maneuvers of the DISS and reconsider their course of action.
