Diary of a Mad Black Woman

Charles McCarter, portrayed by Steve Harris, and his wife Helen, played by Kimberly Elise, are filled with excitement as they arrive at an awards banquet where Charles is set to be honored for being the most outstanding lawyer in Atlanta. You might assume that they are at the peak of their happiness, especially as they prepare to celebrate their 18th wedding anniversary.
