Joker arrives in Japan intending to steal the Eagle Talon Society’s secret weapons as part of his chaotic plans. The Justice League pursues him, but Batman appears to be experiencing some kind of problem. Eagle Talon must investigate the issue with Batman, which leads them back to Bruce Wayne’s childhood trauma—the murder of his parents. Adding to their challenges, the Eagle Talon Society also struggles with their production budget, heavily impacted by licensing fees for well-known DC characters.
