Set in Spring 1969, the film follows Megumi Yoshizumi, a young woman who joins Wakamatsu Production, a company known for its films popular with youth audiences. Under the direction of pink film director Koji Wakamatsu, she becomes part of a vibrant group of talented individuals passionate about filmmaking. Between productions, they indulge in a lifestyle of smoking, drinking, and searching for new talent and inspiration. When filming commences, the entire team dedicates themselves fully to the process, contributing to every aspect of the production.
