After the chaos at the end of Code 8 Part 2, Connor manages to power up the K9 robot and, with Pavani’s help, transfers crucial evidence that exposes Sergeant King’s crimes. Pavani, who was shot earlier in the shootout, uses her powers to send the hard drive’s data to a media camera. As King attempts to stop the broadcast by shooting at Connor, Kelton intervenes, risking his own safety to save his friend. The evidence reveals King’s brutal and corrupt actions, including his manipulation of the K9 units and his murder of the brother of Pavani, Tarak. This exposé leads to King’s downfall, as he is stripped of his rank and taken into custody for orchestrating a criminal scheme.

In the aftermath, Connor and Pavani are seen taking charge of their community. Connor reopens the community center to help the neighborhood’s kids, and Pavani arrives alive, having survived her gunshot wound, to join him in running the center. The community itself begins to recover from the years of abuse and discrimination, with plans to support and protect the rights of superhumans and ordinary citizens alike. Though Kelton is imprisoned, a power vacuum is created in the city’s criminal underworld, hinting that new players may take over, possibly connected to Kelton’s former network. The film ends on a note of cautious hope, with Connor and Pavani committed to rebuilding their community and fighting for justice in an uncertain future. If a third film is made, it is likely to expand on these new threats and challenges, especially the ongoing drug epidemic fueled by Kelton’s connections, setting the stage for future conflicts.
