Citizen Toxie: The Toxic Avenger IV

Anarchy erupts at the Tromaville School for the Very Special as the Diaper Mafia, a notorious gang disguised as infants, unleashes terror on innocent students. Their ruthless antics create chaos, leaving the school community in fear and dismay.

In the midst of this turmoil, the Toxic Avenger, affectionately known as Toxie, makes a dramatic entrance dressed as a bikini-clad news anchor. Accompanied by his loyal sidekick Lardass, they prepare to confront the Diaper Mafia with unwavering determination.

Toxie and Lardass engage in a fierce battle against the Diaper Mafia, effectively eliminating most of the gang members with ruthless efficiency. The confrontation is marked by gory action sequences that highlight Toxie’s relentless pursuit of justice.

After defeating the gang's members, Toxie faces a chilling revelation as he learns that the gang leader, Tex, is harboring a sinister explosive device within himself. Time is of the essence as Toxie races home to prevent catastrophe.

Left to handle the situation, Lardass uses his ingenuity to smother the explosive with peanut butter. His absurd method ultimately neutralizes the threat in an unexpected climax that culminates in a symphony of pungent flatulence.

Toxie returns triumphantly to rescue a pregnant teacher and two students, Tito and Sweetie Honey, from danger. Unfortunately, they have to leave Lardass behind, leading to tragedy when a Diaper Mafia member inadvertently ignites the remaining explosive.

As the dust settles, Toxie and his companions find themselves in Amortville, a bizarre alternate reality. This strange place mimics Tromaville but is ruled by a more violent police force, creating an unsettling atmosphere.

In Tromaville, a malevolent doppelgänger of Toxie known as The Noxious Offender, or Noxie, begins creating havoc. Toxie and Noxie’s tumultuous paths cross as both struggle against the chaos in their respective realities.

While navigating Amortville, Toxie meets Pompey, a disembodied head with a gruesome past. This encounter serves to deepen the narrative's complexity as Toxie aims to assist Pompey in reuniting with his estranged wife, Claire.

Toxie discovers Mad Cowboy’s malignant factory, where he finds Tito, Pompey, and Sweetie Honey held captive. A tense battle ensues as Toxie confronts the evil overlord, resulting in a dramatic escape with his friends.

As Toxie battles Noxie and Kazinski, the Tromaville superheroes face grim fates, culminating in only Sgt. Kabukiman surviving to comically wander into Toxie’s home. This twist adds an unexpected layer to the unfolding chaos.

Sarah experiences complications as she learns she is pregnant with twins from different fathers, creating tensions among the characters. Toxie and Chester embark on a journey back to their original reality, inspired by the whimsical concept of the Wizard of Oz.

Upon returning to Tromaville, Toxie must confront Noxie in an epic showdown, culminating in a battle within the delivery room as Sarah goes into labor. The fight escalates into chaos as both characters’ fates intertwine amidst the birth of Toxie’s children.
