Citizen Toxie: The Toxic Avenger IV

In the midst of anarchy at the Tromaville School for the Very Special, a notorious gang known as the Diaper Mafia, who disguise themselves as infants, unleashes a wave of terror on the innocent students. Enter the Toxic Avenger, affectionately known as Toxie, who makes a striking entrance as a bikini-clad news anchor, joined by his robust sidekick, Lardass. Together, they courageously confront the gang, eliminating most of its members with gruesome and unrelenting efficiency, culminating in Toxie’s brutal defeat of the gang’s leader, Tex.

However, just as they seem to secure victory, a chilling revelation comes to light: Tex harbors a sinister explosive device inside him, threatening to obliterate the entire school. With the clock ticking, Toxie races home, leaving Lardass to handle the dire situation. In a moment of sheer ingenuity, Lardass overcomes the peril by smothering the bomb with peanut butter, ultimately consuming it and harmlessly dispelling the explosive through a symphony of pungent flatulence. Upon Toxie’s triumphant return, he successfully rescues the pregnant teacher along with two students, Tito and Sweetie Honey. Unfortunately, they are forced to leave Lardass behind, leading to tragedy when a Diaper Mafia member inadvertently ignites the remaining explosive by lighting a cigarette, resulting in Lardass’s unfortunate demise.

As the dust settles from the chaos, Toxie and his unknowing companions find themselves in Amortville, a bizarre alternate reality reminiscent of Tromaville, where the police are more inclined to use their guns liberally. The enigmatic Evil Kabukiman swoops in to provide Toxie with an escape plan from this relentless pursuit. Meanwhile, in Tromaville, a malevolent doppelgänger of Toxie known as The Noxious Offender (Noxie) begins to wreak havoc, leaving destruction in his wake.

As both heroes grapple with their unsettling surroundings, Toxie encounters Tito and Sweetie Honey, urging them to stay strong as his reality distorts even further. In a stark contrast, Noxie forges an unlikely partnership with Nazi Sergeant Kazinski, while Mayor Goldberg introduces several new superheroes to Tromaville, including a beleaguered Sgt. Kabukiman.

In his search for clarity, Toxie meets Pompey, a man whose gruesome past of being dragged by a truck has left him as a disembodied head, and he also crosses paths with Amortville’s version of Lardass, Chester, a once-brilliant scientist now reduced to begging on the streets. Toxie offers to reunite Chester with his estranged wife Claire, who, unbeknownst to him, is now Noxie’s lover—a move that ignites a violent confrontation with Evil Kabukiman.

Amidst these tangled relationships, Toxie discovers Mad Cowboy’s malignant factory, where he finds Tito, Pompey, and Sweetie Honey confined. A tense battle unfolds as Toxie fights against the evil overlord, ultimately forcing him into a meat grinder before escaping with his friends. The Tromaville superheroes face grim fates against the ominous duo of Noxie and Kazinski, with only Sgt. Kabukiman surviving to comically wander into Toxie’s home, inadvertently resulting in Sarah becoming pregnant.

In a twist of fate, Sarah learns she is carrying twins from different fathers—a complication that casts a shadow over their hopes. Undeterred, Toxie and Chester set out to find a way back to their original reality, inspired by the Wizard of Oz as they click their red shoes together and chant, “There’s no place like Tromaville.” Meanwhile, Tito commits to protecting Amortville, aligning with Pompey in their shared resolve.

Upon reaching Tromaville, Toxie is met with the disheartening news of Sarah’s impending labor. In a frenzy, he takes down Nazi soldiers and faces Noxie in an epic showdown within the delivery room as their infants are about to arrive. The climactic battle ends with Toxie triumphing over Noxie, who meets his end in a grotesque manner as Toxie’s offspring contribute to his downfall.

In the aftermath, Toxie’s heroics shine through as Sarah gives birth to twins at the Tromaville School for the Very Special, drawing cheers from the gathered crowd. However, Toxie’s celebration is short-lived as he confronts Sgt. Kabukiman, furious over his role in Sarah’s unexpected pregnancy.

The film closes on a reflective note as narrator Stan Lee imparts a cautionary message about the perils of being trapped in malevolent parallel universes, assuring viewers that The Toxic Avenger will always be present to navigate through such chaotic times.
