Chip 'n Dale: Rescue Rangers

As their careers evolved, both chipmunks’ paths diverged when Dale starred in his own show, 'Double-O-Dale.' This shift led to a fallout between the two, resulting in the cancellation of both of their series.

Fast forward thirty years, Chip finds himself disillusioned and working as a successful insurance salesman. His life contrasts sharply with Dale's, who has undergone CGI surgery and attends fan conventions.

The chipmunks' lives take a turn when their former co-star, Monterey Jack, surprises them with alarming news. He reveals his addiction to stinky cheese and a dangerous debt to the Valley Gang, prompting the chipmunks to take action.

Later that evening, chaos erupts as Chip and Dale discover that Monterey Jack has gone missing. They join forces with Captain Putty and Officer Ellie Steckler to investigate his disappearance.

To uncover clues about Monterey Jack’s whereabouts, the team consults Bjornson the Cheesemonger. They hope to gain insight into the Valley Gang's operations and uncover details about Monty's situation.

Their investigation leads them to the uncanny valley, where they encounter the villainous Sweet Pete, a twisted version of Peter Pan. Chip and Dale cleverly evade his traps, gaining vital information for their mission.

Chip, Dale, and Ellie decide to infiltrate a bathhouse to retrieve Pete's fitness tracker. Following its signals, they stumble upon a disturbing warehouse where cartoon characters are being modified.

Tensions escalate at the police station, creating friction between Bob and Chip. The chips are aware that Putty or Ellie may have ulterior motives linking them to Sweet Pete and his sinister operations.

As they race against time to save Monterey Jack, Chip and Bob make a connection with Ugly Sonic's FBI contacts. However, Sweet Pete tracks their movements, leading to an exhilarating chase where Bob gets captured.

While trapped by Putty, Ellie realizes she has been unknowingly assisting Sweet Pete. In a clever turn, she sends a secret message to Dale, using references from their Rescue Rangers days to seek help.

Dale regroups with Chip and decides to reach out to former comrades, Gadget and Zipper. They devise a bold distraction involving fireworks to disrupt Sweet Pete's operation and rescue their friend.

In an electrifying finale, Ellie faces off against Captain Putty and gains the upper hand. Meanwhile, Chip and Dale cleverly use tactics from their old series to outsmart Sweet Pete.

In the aftermath, Chip and Dale celebrate their victory and free the captive cartoon characters, including Monterey Jack. They welcome Ellie into the Rescue Rangers, inspiring her to pursue her own detective agency as they plan a reboot of their beloved series.
