While her friend Lilo, a playgirl, is on vacation, Charley watches Lilo’s dog, two parrots and looks after the apartment. Unwanted suitors keep appearing, but janitor Pinkus scares them off by masquerading as “Captain Tressblekken.” Chaos erupts when the real Uncle Tressblekken shows up.
