Chantibabu, a respected paint business entrepreneur, lives in Vijayawada with his wife Mahalakshmi and their son Ganesh Babu. Their younger daughter lives in London with her husband. Mahalakshmi's four stepbrothers help run the business, and the extended family celebrates every occasion together.

Peddabbai, Mahalakshmi's eldest stepbrother, is envious of Chantibabu's fame. Their father lends Chantibabu ₹400 for his business, fueling the sense that Chantibabu receives all the credit. Peddabbai contemplates marrying off his daughter to Babu to ease his pain, but struggles to voice it to Chantibabu. Chantibabu decides to speak with Babu to address the tension.

Kasi Annapurna, a free-spirited NRI from Australia, arrives and bonds with Babu, though they differ on living with family. Kasi loves independence and wants to explore life beyond the traditional setup. The two explore feelings but decide to rethink their circumstances.

The family goes on a tour to Ooty, where Kasi expresses her wish to live more independently. Babu and Kasi realize their paths diverge, leading to a breakup, but they share a kiss before parting. Peddabbai leaves Ooty, and Chantibabu grows worried and calls everyone home to settle the disturbances.

Back home, Peddabbai confronts Chantibabu, demanding to be free from his influence. Chantibabu is saddened by the exchange, and the tension casts a shadow over the family. The emotional strain foreshadows a tragic turn.

Chantibabu's heartbreak leads to his death, leaving the family stunned and grief-stricken. Ganesh Babu and the others grapple with the loss while trying to hold the business and family together. The patriarch's passing marks a major turning point for everyone.

Babu's sister's friend from London visits the family while en route to Brahmotsavam. Babu tries to rebuild his bond with Peddabbai as they journey together on a road trip, meeting distant relatives along the way. He grows closer to the friend, and Peddabbai, now more powerful, watches the changes.

Pranitha is set to marry a minister's son to advance status, a plan Peddabbai supports to showcase power. He expects Babu to be his son-in-law, but respects the alliance for appearance's sake. Pranitha leaves Babu, heading to Brahmotsavam with a kiss tearfully goodbye.

Peddabbai and Ramachandra Prasad proceed with the minister's son alliance, staging a grand wedding. They do not invite Babu and Mahalakshmi, underscoring the divide within the family. Tension builds as the affair unfolds.

Babu and Mahalakshmi attend the wedding to protect their father's pride, but Peddabbai openly insults them. The family endures the humiliation and slowly realizes the cost of pride. The moment tests their loyalty and resolve.

The truth comes out that Chantibabu left the entire property to Babu, acknowledging his son’s steadfast presence. Peddabbai kneels and apologizes, moved by his brother-in-law’s generosity and forgiveness. The family begins to heal as forgiveness bridges the rift.

With harmony restored, the family heads to Brahmotsavam to discuss Babu's relationship and marriage prospects. The festival symbolizes unity as Bramhotsavam unfolds with Babu and Kasi still part of the story. The gathering marks a new chapter for the family's future.
