A Turkish night at a ladies’ bath launches three bumbling crooks who attend criminology school, graduate with the lowest honors and join the police. Assigned to capture the elusive “Eel,” a thief disguised as a woman, they lose him after a chaotic hotel chase, are dismissed and end up digging ditches. It was Shemp Howard’s last completed film.
