Big Hero 6

In the futuristic city of San Fransokyo, 14-year-old robotics prodigy Hiro Hamada engages in illegal underground robot fights. Using his wits, he deceives notorious gangster Yama, raising the stakes and successfully defeating Yama's champion robot.

After Hiro's unexpected victory, he finds himself in trouble with Yama's lackeys. Just as things seem hopeless, his older brother Tadashi arrives on his scooter, managing to save Hiro from the gang.

Despite graduating high school at just 13, Hiro feels lost and unmotivated, falling into a life of illegal activities. This disheartens Tadashi, who worries about Hiro's future and educational choices.

After getting arrested for their underground activities, Hiro and Tadashi are bailed out by their caring legal guardian, Aunt Cass. She has looked after them for a decade, emphasizing the importance of making better choices.

Determined to steer Hiro back on the right path, Tadashi takes him to the prestigious San Fransokyo Institute of Technology. Here, Hiro is introduced to a diverse group of Tadashi's friends who are equally passionate about technology.

At the institute, Hiro encounters Baymax, Tadashi's inflatable healthcare companion. Still in development, Baymax is programmed with an extensive database of medical knowledge and is eager to assist in any way possible.

Tadashi introduces Hiro to his mentor, Prof. Robert Callaghan. However, Callaghan is hesitant to accept Hiro into his program, prompting Tadashi to inspire Hiro to participate in the annual showcase to gain recognition.

At the annual showcase, Hiro reveals his innovative project, a swarm of Microbots capable of forming various shapes and configurations. The demonstration catches the attention of tech mogul Alistair Krei, who expresses interest in purchasing the technology.

Before celebration can commence, disaster strikes as a fire engulfs the building. Tadashi heroically attempts to save Callaghan, but tragically loses his life in the process, leaving Hiro devastated and feeling lost.

Overwhelmed by grief, Hiro dismisses his acceptance letter and isolates himself from his friends and family. In his darkest hour, he accidentally activates Baymax, who becomes a beacon of support during his recovery.

Hiro discovers one of his Microbots still functioning, which leads him and Baymax on a quest to uncover the truth about Tadashi's death. Their investigation takes them to a warehouse linked to a mysterious masked villain known as Yokai.

Determined to seek justice, Hiro battles the masked villain, discovering he is mass-producing Microbots for nefarious purposes. With the help of Baymax and his new friends, Hiro vows to confront Yokai and unravel the truth behind the tragedy.

In a shocking revelation, Hiro learns that Yokai is actually Prof. Callaghan, who orchestrated the fire to hide his own wrongdoings. This discovery fuels Hiro's thirst for revenge, clashing with the compassion instilled in him by Tadashi.

As the climactic battle unfolds, Hiro embraces the values of teamwork and sacrifice taught by Tadashi. With Baymax and his friends, he strives to save Callaghan's long-lost daughter, Abigail, while facing the unstable teleportation portal Callaghan has created.
