Bheeshma [Nithiin], the charismatic CEO of Bheeshma Organics, leads a bold shift from chemical farming to organic practices. He frames the company’s 50th anniversary as a moment to reveal the next CEO, turning a corporate milestone into a stage for ambition, reform, and a complicated romance in equal measure.
Meanwhile, Bheeshma Prasad [Nithiin], a single-minded man who longs for love, crashes his friend Parimal’s boss’s pre-wedding party and meets Sarah. He introduces himself with a cheeky line, “Bheeshma I.A.S. (I am Single),” and convinces Sarah to elope with him, only for the plan to unravel under police scrutiny and cost Parimal his job. Bheeshma’s uncle JP hollows out the drama by calling in ACP Deva [Sampath Raj] to teach him a lesson, treating him more as a meme-maker than a potential leader.
Deva’s history with Bheeshma’s father, Anand Prasad [Naresh], adds a sharper edge to the conflict. The two were classmates, and a past incident involving Deva’s daughter left a rift that still casts a shadow over every interaction between father and son. This backstory colors the present as Deva and Bheeshma navigate loyalty, pride, and the family’s expectations.
Chaitra [Rashmika Mandanna], an employee at Bheeshma Organics, crosses paths with Bheeshma and becomes entangled in his world as he pretends to be ACP Bheeshma. The two embark on an accidental education in organic farming, and Chaitra’s trust in him wavers as she learns the truth behind his persona. The tension between love and ethics grows as Field Science, led by Raghavan [Jisshu Sengupta], pushes a chemical shortcut called “Instant” that promises a six-month yield in four months and hopes to sway Bheeshma’s farmers through a high-profile live interaction.
After a series of twists, Bheeshma discovers that Chaitra is Deva’s daughter. This revelation leaves Deva torn between pride and concern, while Chaitra’s feelings grow more complicated. At the live interaction, Bheeshma defends the superiority of organic farming, winning Chaitra’s admiration, even as Parimal—who now works for Field Science—is forced to confront the costs of ambition.
The tension erupts when Deva’s constable sends a photo of Bheeshma and Chaitra embracing. Deva storms Bheeshma’s home and points a gun, demanding an explanation. Anand then reveals that Bheeshma is the grandson of Sr. Bheeshma and the rightful heir to Bheeshma Organics, a truth that shocks the room and sends media scrambling. It’s soon revealed that Anand lied to Deva in order to protect his son’s life, throwing the entire family’s loyalties into question.
Chaitra breaks up with him after the truth comes out, and Sr. Bheeshma designates Bheeshma as the operational CEO for 30 days, a move that stuns him and fuels Chaitra’s skepticism. Parimal, stripped of his job, ends up as a driver for Bheeshma, joining him in the quest to prove organic farming’s value. As Bheeshma earns the respect of his new team, he also saves a village from a Field Science scheme, provoking Raghavan’s ire.
Raghavan’s next move is a high-stakes launch of Instant with Agricultural Minister Ajay Varma [Ajay], which backfires when the minister calls the product poisonous and revokes Field Science’s license. A hospital visit confirms that Sr. Bheeshma is indeed alive, and Parimal’s misstep—destroying a poisonous plant meant for Jr. Bheeshma—forces Jr. Bheeshma to rethink strategy and urges Parimal to replace it with a harmless look-alike plant.
As the web tightens, Bheeshma reveals another startling detail: he tracked down Sarah and Ajay in a hotel room and used the threat of public exposure to pressure Ajay into delivering a speech about Instant’s dangers. The police uncover Raghavan’s plant scheme, tying up loose ends. In the end, Bheeshma is appointed full-time CEO of Bheeshma Organics, and he and Chaitra marry with the blessing of their families, sealing a union built on a shared commitment to organic farming and transparent leadership.
