Beavis and Butt-Head Do the Universe

In the sweltering Texas heat of 1998, Beavis and Butt-Head face dire consequences when their high school science fair project ends in disaster. The explosion leaves nothing but ashes, marking the beginning of their chaotic journey.

As a last resort, a judge sends the troublemaking duo to space camp at the Johnson Space Center. There, amidst the excitement, they unwittingly become enamored with a docking simulator, showcasing surprising skills that catch the attention of NASA.

NASA astronaut Captain Serena Ryan sees potential in them and invites Beavis and Butt-Head to train as astronauts. However, in their confusion, they misinterpret this golden opportunity as merely satisfying their immature whims.

After suiting up, Beavis and Butt-Head are launched aboard the Space Shuttle Endeavour, unaware of the seriousness of their mission. Their journey into the vast unknown begins, leading them into chaos as they collide with a micro black hole.

Strangely, the boys find themselves transported to Galveston, Texas, in the year 2022. Their sudden arrival raises red flags at the Pentagon, drawing immediate attention to their unusual situation.

Now the Governor of Texas, Captain Ryan scrambles to cover up her past mistakes linked to the boys. She is determined to eliminate any trace of their previous endeavor, setting the stage for a confrontation with them.

The duo encounters smarter versions of themselves from an alternate universe: Smart Beavis and Smart Butt-Head. They explain that they have only two days to reach a portal on Mount Everest to save the multiverse from disaster.

While adapting to their new reality, the boys accidentally trigger Siri on an unfamiliar iPhone, mistaking her for Captain Ryan. Beavis falls for Siri, believing he is preparing for a romantic evening with her.

Entrapped in a port-a-potty, the boys find themselves transported to a random university campus. Their encounter with Smart Beavis and Smart Butt-Head emphasizes the urgency to enter the portal, but distractions lead them astray.

Wandering into a gender studies lecture, Beavis and Butt-Head misinterpret the professor’s lessons about white privilege as an invitation for mischief. Their ensuing antics highlight their absurd detachment from the situation.

After stealing a police car, the boys land in jail. There, Beavis takes drugs offered by an inmate and transforms into his wild alter ego, Cornholio, sparking a riot within the prison walls.

When the warden discovers the boys were presumed dead since 1998, he mistakenly believes they are angels. In a bizarre twist of fate, this leads to their unexpected release from incarceration.

Returning home, Beavis and Butt-Head find their house listed for sale, leading to confusion and betrayal between the friends. Their miscommunication follows them, complicating their relationship further.

In a surprising turn, Captain Ryan's lieutenant, Jim Hartson, secretly aids the boys in escaping their predicament. He reveals knowledge about past events, pushing the duo to consider the portal once more.

As the climax unfolds, Hartson is inadvertently pulled into the rift, effectively sealing it and stopping the destruction of the multiverse. In a final twist, the government restores Beavis and Butt-Head's home, keeping the secrets hidden.
