Sukhi Tusshar Kapoor finds himself at the center of a high-stakes effort to repair his family’s reputation after a local politician, Sabharwal Ravi Kishan, engineers trouble for Baweja Ji over a 15 crore loan taken from investors. When the investors file a FIR, Baweja Ji is arrested along with his assistant Saira, and the public humiliation proves too much for Baweja Ji, who dies of a heart attack. Saira, who is Mintoo Hasan’s wife, ends up imprisoned, leaving Sukhi’s family with an urgent court order to repay the investors and restore Baweja’s name.

To juggle the mounting pressure, Sukhi teams up with his mother Mummyjee [Dolly Ahluwalia], Mintoo Hasan [Vinay Pathak], and Ballu [Ranvir Shorey], his trusted aide, to recover the money and outmaneuver Sabharwal and his allies.
