The justice system often fails to differentiate between the accused, the convicted, and the actual perpetrators of a crime. This imbalance frequently involves innocent individuals wrongly accused and offenders who escape accountability. A particularly troubling disparity arises in cases of sexual crimes, where guilt is often determined by a woman's testimony, raising serious questions about fairness and due process.
