He falls for a beautiful blonde, determined to win her over, whose forced boarding of a luxury liner sends him chasing after her. On board he learns she is an English heiress fleeing home, shipped back to England, and that his own boss is also present. To stay hidden, he pretends to be a gangster’s aide to a minister, who is himself a wanted criminal.
