Rambabu is a quirky ventriloquist living in Eluru, using his talent to needle people and earn a living. His romantic hopes with Lakshmi begin to complicate as a scheming relative schemes to bind her to his own underling.

Sowmya returns from the United States to pursue a Ph.D. in Criminal Psychology and becomes entangled with Rambabu’s life. She arranges for the delivery of the doll that holds Gangaram’s soul, setting the stage for the supernatural events to come. Her presence also rekindles old bonds and draws her closer to the people around Rambabu.

With the doll in hand, Rambabu’s life begins to spiral out of control as the doll’s occupant asserts influence. Unexplainable events and sudden, uncharacteristic behavior make friends and family doubt him, while the audience learns the doll is the vessel for Gangaram. The line between Rambabu’s will and the doll’s intent starts to blur.

Sowmya's return rekindles a romance with Inspector Mahesh, and the couple navigates the growing chaos together. Their bond strengthens even as the mystery deepens around Rambabu and the doll. The developing romance adds a human dimension to the escalating threat.

Rambabu offends Janardhan Seth, the stern house owner, who retaliates by sealing Rambabu’s belongings. The confrontation escalates as Rambabu confronts Janardhan Seth to reclaim what’s his. The doll’s presence then turns deadly when it possesses the soul to kill Janardhan Seth.
