Driven by a mother’s unwavering love, a geneticist desperately tries to help her son, who she suspects may be developing into a serial killer. She creates a group of clones, hoping to cure his psychopathic tendencies by forcing him to relive the moment of his first victim's murder. The experiment becomes a complex and disturbing exploration of nature, nurture, and the lengths a parent will go to protect their child.
