[Puneeth Rajkumar] as Ajay is a Bangalore-based Kabaddi player who travels to Hubli for a state-level tournament. In Hubli, he steps in to rescue Padma from Veerabhadra, a dangerous faction leader who is determined to marry her against her will. Padma had already endured a brutal history with Veerabhadra, who killed her brothers after they refused to permit the marriage due to a significant age gap. In the heat of the moment, Ajay humiliates Veerabhadra by pushing him into a mud pond, sending a clear message that he will not stand by while Padma is forced into an unwanted union.
To protect Padma, Ajay hides her in his house with the help of his sister Asha. But Ajay’s parents soon discover that Padma is under their roof. The two decide to run away again, and with Ajay’s friends, they make a dash for the airport to relocate Padma to the United States, hoping for a fresh start. They manage to bring Padma’s parents to see her one last time before her departure, weaving a temporary shield around her escape.
After Padma clears airport security, Ajay realizes the depth of his feelings for her. Padma returns and, in a pivotal moment, she asks Ajay to consider a life together. Yet tension erupts at the airport: Kumaraswamy arrests Ajay, while Veerabhadra’s henchmen seize Padma. The couple’s hopes clash with the looming danger as Veerabhadra tries to pull them back into his orbit.
The drama intensifies as Veerabhadra taunts Ajay, insisting that he will come for her, and Veerabhadra is eventually pushed toward a severe reckoning. Ajay, with his friends, steps into the arena of a national-level Kabaddi finals, determined to fight not only for Padma but for his own honor and future.
Meanwhile, Home Minister Doddanna arrives at the stadium, accompanied by Padma and his mother, adding a political shadow to the tense showdown. As events unfold on the field, Padma’s father brutally stabs Veerabhadra to death, and Veerabhadra’s mother dies in a bomb blast, creating a moment of shock that reverberates through the crowd. Doddanna faces the consequences of his position and chooses restraint, avoiding any outburst that could derail his power. In the end, Ajay’s team wins the match, and he celebrates the victory with Padma and their extended family, sealing a hard-won, heartfelt reunion amid the chaos.
