The film opens with Aryan being arrested and locked in a fort like mental asylum. A determined psychiatrist, Dr. Aditya Merchant, vows to rehabilitate him and give him a fresh start. This marks the beginning of a complicated doctor pupil relationship.

Aditya explains that Aryan's late father wished to pull him out of the asylum and start a new life. Aryan responds with guarded emotion but agrees to trust the plan. The exchange sets the stage for Aryan's upcoming release.

In a flashback, Aryan discovers Nisha having an affair with Mihir. Nisha calls their relationship a business adjustment and says she never loved Aryan. On the rooftop, Aryan lashes out in heartbreak and pushes Nisha; she falls to her death and he is arrested.

Back in the present, Aditya completes the formalities and drops Aryan at his empty house, handing him a bundle of money from Aryan's late father. He tells Aryan to attend weekly counseling and to take it easy as he begins again. Aryan, though unsettled, resolves to move forward despite the nightmares.

Janhavi, Aditya's wife, runs a successful event company with assistant Ritu. Janhavi grows suspicious of Aditya's late night calls. Meanwhile Aryan is seen on the beach playing a flute, catching Janhavi's eye and adding a new thread to the story.

At a coffee shop, Aryan accidentally spills coffee on Ritu's schedule papers and offers to help reschedule. Impressed by his talent, Ritu invites him for an interview at Janhavi's company, and he is hired as a scheduling assistant. His first assignment earns praise and draws him closer to Janhavi.

The Bangkok fashion event goes smoothly as Aryan and Janhavi grow closer, sharing a drunken, intimate moment. After returning to India, their affair deepens and Aryan starts calling Janhavi baby. Ritu also begins to develop feelings for Aryan.

Janhavi learns that the woman seen with Aditya is Radha Mehra, an interior designer hired to plan their new home. Aditya explains this is a professional arrangement, shocking Janhavi and revealing a manipulative dynamic behind the scenes.

Aryan becomes fixated on a married Janhavi and starts experiencing paranoid thoughts about harming her. He vents his anger after Janhavi fires him, vowing revenge and spiraling toward a further mental break.

During a psychotic episode, Aryan sneaks into Aditya's house intending to kill Janhavi. Aditya arrives home, saves Janhavi, and Aryan attacks Aditya with a lamp before escaping.

Aditya files for a restraining order against Aryan as Janhavi and he prepare to move into a new house. Aryan contemplates leaving Mumbai to escape the danger while Ritu quietly schemes to control the situation.

Aryan is lured toward the isolated house where Janhavi lives. Aditya and Ritu hatch a plan to manipulate the situation for money, hinting at a deadly outcome. Ritu is killed as part of the scheme, revealing the depths of Aditya's manipulation.

In the woods, Aryan returns to confront Aditya who is trying to kill Janhavi. Aryan kills Aditya with a shovel, saving Janhavi. Aryan is arrested again, setting the stage for the final turn of their relationship.

Janhavi bails Aryan out of custody and apologizes, offering him a chance to start fresh. She proposes that he join her team again as a scheduling assistant, signaling a possible new life together.

Aryan accepts the renewed offer and begins a new chapter under Janhavi's guidance. The ending hints at healing, a stable collaboration, and the possibility of a genuine future together.
