Agent Cody Banks 2: Destination London

As Agent Cody Banks descends upon what seems to be a peaceful summer camp, he stumbles upon a secret training facility dedicated to youth CIA agents. This newcomer agent finds himself unexpectedly drawn into a high-stakes mission when a group of soldiers attempts to capture Victor Diaz, the camp’s head counselor. Mistakenly believing he’s merely participating in a training drill, Cody leaps into action and aids Diaz in his escape, only to discover that Diaz has pilfered sensitive disks containing blueprints for a sinister mind-control device.

The CIA Director (Lauren Weedman) informs Cody about the seriousness of the situation, directing him to recapture Diaz. To gather intelligence on Lord Duncan Kenworth, suspected of collaboration with the fugitive, Cody adopts the guise of a summer orchestra student at the Kenworth estate in the UK. Under the watchful care of his handlers, Derek and Kumar, who cleverly masquerade as a chef and a taxi driver, Cody maneuvers through the estate without drawing attention.

Delving deeper, Cody discovers that Diaz has allied with Duncan to create the mind-control device. The next day, he stealthily infiltrates one of Duncan’s laboratories and uncovers the finished device: a microchip cleverly embedded in a dental cavity by dentist Santiago. As Cody pursues Diaz through the bustling streets of London alongside Derek, he finds himself captured and carted off to Scotland Yard. Luckily, he’s freed through the efforts of fellow student Emily Sommers, an undercover British Secret Intelligence Service agent.

However, Emily’s focus wavers when Diaz’s henchmen overpower Cody, implanting the microchip inside him. Under the influence of Duncan, Santiago, and Diaz, Cody encounters the CIA Director while on a London bus, only to see him subjected to mind control as well. With her keen observation, Emily recruits Derek to help extract the microchip from Cody’s tooth.

After rendering Cody unconscious, Derek meticulously dismantles one of his gadgetry—exploding Mentos mints—into a nearly negligible amount to safely remove the chip. It soon becomes evident that Diaz’s plan targets world leaders attending the G7 summit at Buckingham Palace. As tensions rise, Emily, Cody, and their allies must navigate a tangled web of deception and intrigue to avert a global disaster.

With Cody, Derek, and Emily delving into the unfolding sinister plot at the G7 summit pre-party, they confirm their suspicions: CIA Director Diaz has fallen prey to a nefarious puppet master, putting them on a high-alert wanted list. With strategic precision, the trio infiltrates this significant gathering, uncovering the shocking reality that a majority of the dignitaries have already been covertly implanted with microchips, a plan orchestrated by Duncan, who has been appointed director of the Royal Mint by the British Prime Minister, marking his latest mind-controlled achievement.

As the stakes heighten, the group takes decisive action to inform their peers about the truth, urging them to prevent world leaders from attending the summit. Their determination is unmatched. Through Emily’s ingenuity, they coordinate an impromptu but powerful rendition of “War,” a compelling anthem that strikes a chord with the event’s guests. Meanwhile, Cody, Derek, and Emily embark on a covert mission to hunt down their adversaries, remaining alert for any sign of betrayal.

As the scenario intensifies, Derek is unwittingly subjected to a microchip implant, placing him squarely in Santiago’s kill zone. However, before the villain can act, Emily springs into action with incredible reflexes, disabling the mind-control software and rescuing the President of the United States, who was also in danger of implantation.

Unbeknownst to Cody’s parents, who arrive to pick him up obliviously, Cody’s younger brother Alex stirs trouble by trying to munch on a handful of explosive Mentos.
