Cypher Raige learns a technique known as 'ghosting', which allows him to suppress his fear. He teaches this vital skill to his fellow Rangers, empowering them to face the Ursas without succumbing to fear.

Cypher's son, Kitai, battles overwhelming guilt following the death of his sister, Senshi, killed by an Ursa. This guilt profoundly impacts Kitai's self-worth and his aspiration to follow in his father's footsteps.

In a heartbreaking moment, Kitai is rejected from the Ranger Corps due to his impulsive nature. His father Cypher expresses frustration, feeling the weight of familial expectations.
