Adithya Varma

Adithya gets into a violent brawl with members of the opposing team during an inter-college football match. His outburst earns him a notorious reputation and the dean openly rebukes him for his anger. The dean gives him an ultimatum to apologize or leave the college, threatening his MBBS future.

Adithya meets Meera Shetty, an introverted first-year student, and experiences love at first sight. He decides to stay back in the college after meeting her, despite his anger issues and reputation as a bully. Meera slowly allows herself to respond to his attention.

Adithya and his friend Parthi enter a third-year classroom and publicly announce that Adithya is in love with Meera and that she is exclusive to him. Meera begins adjusting to Adithya's overbearing behavior. Their relationship deepens as they grow closer.

Adithya completes his MBBS and leaves for Mussoorie to pursue a master's degree in orthopaedic surgery. The move marks a new chapter as he advances his career, while his relationship with Meera faces physical distance. The couple's bond endures despite the distance.

Over the next months, Adithya's relationship with Meera deepens, but Meera's father, Manohar Shetty, disapproves and ejects Adithya when they are caught kissing. The caste difference adds another layer of tension to their union. The confrontation strains the lovers and their families.

Meera's parents issue a six-hour deadline for her to decide between Adithya and family expectations. Adithya demands that Meera make a choice, threatening to end their relationship if she refuses. The pressure intensifies the couple's precarious situation.

To cope with heartbreak, he resorts to drugs and casual encounters, yet he becomes a highly respected and feared surgeon due to his high surgery count. His personal turmoil remains hidden behind professional success.

Adithya convinces leading actress Priya Menen to have a no-strings relationship. She falls in love, but he ends the arrangement when her feelings deepen. The episode highlights his reluctance to commit and his ongoing emotional struggles.

On a day off, Adithya agrees to perform a life-saving surgery but collapses from dehydration. Blood tests reveal alcohol and cocaine, and the hospital chief files a case against him. In an in-house hearing, he admits violating professional ethics, and his medical license is cancelled for five years, and he is evicted from his flat.

Parthi arranges to bail him out, and the next morning Adithya meets Vasudevan Varma to reconcile. The meeting leads to Adhi giving up his self-destructive habits as part of moving forward. The family rift begins to ease as old tensions start to heal.

While on vacation, Adithya sees a pregnant Meera sitting in a park, sensing she is unhappy with her marriage. She reveals that Adithya is the father of her child and that she left her husband days after their wedding. They reconnect and set the stage for a renewed relationship.

Meera and Adithya reunite and marry, with Meera's father apologising for misunderstanding their love. The couple's relationship is reaffirmed, and they begin a new chapter together with family acceptance.
