Varun is a renowned blind chef and the owner of a popular restaurant in Chennai. One night, Deepa visits the restaurant asking for leftover food for the homeless, and Varun lends a helping hand, gradually drawn to her with each of her visits. During their inquiry, they come across photographs of his girlfriend Vasundhara, and with Sadhana’s help, they identify her as Deepa — Varun’s ex-girlfriend. The revelation reframes the entire case: Vasundhara is a seasoned con artist who targets blind men, weaving stories of urgent needs for money to manipulate them into giving up their resources. Varun and Panju compile a list of possible targets, and Sadhana— aided by her journalist colleagues — uncovers a plan to con another blind man in Erode. They hurry to intercept Vasundhara, navigating through a series of twists and near-misses.
In the climactic sequence, Varun and Panju close in on Vasundhara in Erode and bring her plan to a grinding halt.
