The movie opens with a sequence of nine murders targeting atheists, revealing a serial killer with a strict Christian extremist agenda. ASP Derick Abraham begins investigating these murders, using evidence such as the killer's note to identify the suspect. The murders set the tone for the film's focus on justice and religious fanaticism.

Derick deduces that the killer is a fanatic and captures Brother Simon from the local seminary, who admits he wants to reach ten victims. Simon claims he will kill more, and Derick believes he is the final threat. However, when Derick returns, Simon is found dead with a slash on his throat and a knife in his hand, suggesting suicide or an external influence.

Following Simon’s death, Derick is suspended from his police duties due to suspicion around his involvement. After some time, he is reinstated into the police force, attempting to move past the controversial case and continue his work as an officer.

Derick’s younger brother Philip is accused of murdering his girlfriend Aleena while drunk. Despite his protests of innocence, evidence mounts against him. Derick, overwhelmed and distressed, is forced to arrest Philip, straining their relationship and adding personal turmoil to his investigations.

While in prison, Philip despairs and vows to kill Derick once he is free. With the help of Dinesh and Narayana, who hold grudges against Derick, Philip escapes from custody. The wrongful arrest and their history drive Philip’s desire for revenge against his brother and the police.

Nisam, a friend of Philip, reveals that on the night of Aleena’s murder, Philip was with him and others at a different location. They accidentally killed Aleena when she approached them at the beach, believing Philip was with her. This evidence questions Philip’s guilt and intensifies the investigation.

The day after revealing the details, Nisam tragically commits suicide, deepening the mystery. His death raises suspicions about the truth behind Aleena’s murder and the conspiracy to cover up the real perpetrators.

Philip attempts to kill Derick in a supermarket but fails. Meanwhile, Derick’s ex-girlfriend Diana’s child is kidnapped, prompting Derick to assist in negotiating ransom payments of ₹ ten crores. The kidnappers are caught, but it’s revealed they were decoys, part of a larger plan.

It is uncovered that Derick orchestrated much of the rescue and escape plan, aiming to trap the real culprits—Arun and Salman—who were responsible for Aleena’s death. This plan was designed to clear Philip’s name and extract him from danger while ensuring all evidence remained hidden.

Derick bids farewell to Philip, who is taken out of the country for safety, confirming his efforts to protect his brother. It is revealed that Derick himself murdered Brother Simon and manipulated evidence to cover his tracks, ultimately seeking justice for the entire ordeal.

The film concludes with the revelation that Derick was responsible for Simon’s death and the cover-up, showing his complex character and dedication to justice. His actions have solved the case but at the cost of his reputation and moral ambiguity.
