A quiet desert parable follows an elderly hermit who lives in isolation, sustained only by his recollections and photographs. The spring he once tended, a cherished oasis that offered joy and relief to thirsty travelers, has fallen into disuse. As his memories cease to soothe him, he reverses every photograph, turning them to face the walls, symbolizing his retreat from the past.
