In the zoo clinic, several monkeys suddenly fall ill. Veterinarians perform life-saving measures, including intracardiac epinephrine to restart a heartbeat. The infection spreads to all monkeys in the room, triggering a terrifying chain reaction.

They escape as smoke fills the area and a helicopter arrives to lift them out, but Kifo opens his eyes aboard the craft, signaling that the danger persists.
