In a fictional European kingdom ruled by the eccentric King Rosebud IV, an unexpected royal decision sends shockwaves through the military establishment. After a soldier’s mishap leaves the king’s cousin injured, the monarch chooses to disband the army entirely, a move that unsettle the generals and threatens to upend the kingdom’s established order.
