Following a career-ending injury, former South Korean equestrian athlete Chang-su finds himself working at a quarry in the quiet, rural town of Minawa, Japan. He shares a home with Minami and her young daughter. The town's tranquility is disrupted when Yamabuki, a rebellious teenager, begins staging silent protests that spark community action and challenge the authority of her policeman father. As tensions rise, the film explores themes of frustration, loneliness, and the search for connection within a close-knit community.
