Set against the intense backdrop of high‑school rivalry and sexual awakening, the film follows a detached teenage girl whose parents have died and who lives with her brother and his overprotective wife. After a dizzy spell forces her out of class, she meets Shun, a younger student, in the school infirmary. Their shared feigned illnesses evolve into uneasy flirtation that eventually becomes a full‑blown sexual relationship.
