The neighborhood bully pressures Porky into taking a puff from his cigar. The nicotine hit throws Porky into a vivid hallucination where he meets a smoke‑man named Nick O. Teen. The dream features a musical number performed by animated cigars, cigarettes and pipes that parody the slapstick style of the Three Stooges.
